At Duck Toy Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Clearance or sale items
Customized or personalized items
Digital downloads or electronic goods
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@gamexstop.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
